Welcome to Victoria Independent Media Center, the news source that puts you in control. The IMC is an open publishing forum that aims to create a place for groups and individuals to share their stories, and to give a voice to those whose views are censored by the mainstream medias corporate bias.

How to Publish 

To publish an article you must register as a user first. This is free to do, anonymous, and easy. First click the Create an account link located in the Login Form box on the lower left part of the page. Once you've filled out this form an activation email will be sent to your account. Activate your account by clicking the link that is sent to you, you can then login on the vicindymedia site. Once you've logged in you will see a new menu item in the main menu called publish your news. This lick will bring you to a basic web publishing form, you can write or cut and paste your news into this form. once your done press save and your article will be posted. It may take up to 24 hours for your post to display on the page.
